Exercises for a good posture
 
 
      There are many exercises that are useful for making a beautiful, graceful posture. But first we need to try to strengthen the spine. Let’s do the first exercise. You are sitting on the floor; your hands are on the waist. You should keep the torso erect, legs extended. Bend in the back and waist, then slowly lean forward, lying on your back. Again slowly, with your straight body, bend in the back, return to your original position. Repeat at least 25-30 times. This exercise is good for the spine, and abdomen, and thighs. If you don’t load your muscles, they will be weak and sick.
