       You certainly know that without muscles movement you cannot do any step. Perhaps you have heard such expressions as “muscles feelings”, “muscles happiness”, and “Muscles can listen to music”. The unique features of muscles are diverse and sometimes unexpected. Our emotional state depends on muscles. Such interconnection between muscles and mentality is not accidental. Muscles are connected with nerves which are, in their turn, send impulses into the brain. And the brain immediately reacts on these impulses and tells the muscles what to do at that very moment: to increase or decrease stress. What shell we do in order not to make our muscles suffer? Muscles’ “hungry” of million people will be satisfied only when they are trained systematically, day by day, without any rest. The great ancient doctor Avitzenna used to say that a man who does physical exercises every day doesn’t need any treatment.
   Oriental women are well-known for particularly flexible back, elegant gait and posture, because they accustomed to wear baskets and pitchers on the head from childhood. And everybody knows it disciplines and strengthens the back muscles, teaches them to stay straight. Thus, muscles are trained and tightened. You just have to learn some easy exercises.
   Only trained muscles become strong, elastic and that is why a nice contour shape is created by that. Do not be afraid that a woman with strong muscles will look rough and unattractive. Here is some kind of misunderstanding.
