Your pace

First of all, your good pace depends on posture, the way you hold the head and back. Second, it depends on the way you put your feet (it is important to put the heel on the ground at the beginning of starting to walk, the foot must be straight, the knee is direct), then it includes the movements of the arms and torso, and, finally, it depends on the style of footwear, whether it is comfortable, seasonal and suitable for the weather conditions. You have to train your foot every day.
If you constantly, at home and on the street, are wearing high-heeled shoes, inevitably you develop a short, festinating step. Too tight shoes deform foot, making walking painful. However, completely flat shoes, without heels, do not improve your walk: your pace inevitably becomes careless, swinging. Best of all you should wear the shoes with the average heel. As a result, your step will be light, springy, and energetic. You will be in good mood all the time.
Be sure to choose home shoes on heels. Your legs will be pleased with such a position, and besides it prevents flatfoot. You will never be tired and exhausted. Don’t forget to keep your foot in warm water before going to bed.
